2. How does Yunmai form recognition software works? 
-Create a Template: within a graphical UI, you import an image which of the form you need as base for the template. Then, you define the parts of the template (tables, texts, images, barcode and checkboxes) by selecting the areas on the image with the different tools.
-Use the template: when you start a recognition of a new document by capturing or importing images, it will be compare to the current saved templates. If a matched template is found, it will automatically start the recognition process and extract the data. 
-The recognized documents will be automatically categorized into the corresponding folders. The recognized data are presented in a structured UI to easily review result and edit it if needed. Then, you can export the data to CSV, XML or JSON format.

New Android Application – Docs Matter helps you capture and manage your paper documents on the go.

Optical character recognition (OCR) extracts text from images and saves you the time of having to retype text. OCR has come a long way since its inception in the early 1990s. The technology today recognizes characters more accurately and recognizes them in a variety of languages. In addition, the best OCR applications can now use an image of a document taken with a cell phone or tablet, read it and make it searchable.

The most significant and time-saving attribute of OCR software is how accurately it extract the text.

By using our Mobile OCR SDK, your application can read the text from jpeg and png images. The accuracy depends on the conditions the picture was taken; if the image is too skewed, too dark or too blurry, the results of the Optical Character Recognition will be impacted.

Then with the text extracted in hand, you can provide the translation with your own dictionaries or use online APIs for translation (Example: Microsoft Bing Translator API).
